During in an interview with Sky Sports, back in January, British boxing promoter Eddie Hearn revealed talks were in the final stages for the fight between Pulev and Anthony Joshua; “almost certainly” taking place at a stadium in the UK this summer.
Pulev v Joshua will present an unmissable opportunity for Bulgarian fans to see the 38 year-old IBF mandatory challenger potentially take AJ's world heavyweight, in London.

What date will Pulev take on Joshua?

It has been confirmed that Pulev will face the heavyweight champ Joshua on 20th June 2020. However, in light of recent events, there is some uncertainty over this fixed date; Hearn has since told Sky Sports: "we do have a potential date in July but, right now, we are hoping June 20 can remain the date".
Which UK stadium will Pulev fight at?
Last year, rumours leaked by the Bulgarian press claimed the fight could be staged in Istanbul, Turkey, at the Besiktas FC’s Vodafone Park Stadium.

However, Hearn was quick to shut the rumours down, stating that AJ's instructions were strict; "get me back to the UK". Since, he's been vocal in the media, professing Tottenham Hotspur Stadium will be the host.
On 2nd March, London's Tottenham Hotspur Stadium announced that the fight is due to be held on their grounds this summer.
