There is a cloakroom located in the Hospitality Atrium where guests can check-in coats, bags and other small items. Alternatively, bags can be left on the guests chair in the facility at the owner's risk.

The Love Fifteen facility is located in the Centre Court East Stand, the Club Lounge has premium seats in the South, and the President’s Room is located in the historic Queen's Clubhouse. Seating maps are available on the ticket page for each hospitality package.

Love Fifteen is located on the ground floor of the hospitality village in the South Pavilion and is fully accessible. Roof Garden and Club Lounge are located on the first floor of the hospitality village and are fully accessible via a lift. The President’s Room is located on the second floor of the Club House and is accessible via a service lift, which is in use throughout the event.
