The upcoming international rugby union tour in 2025, known as AU 2025, involves the British & Irish Lions visiting Australia from June to August. Comprising players eligible to represent England, Ireland, Scotland, and Wales, the British & Irish Lions are set to engage in a three-match test series against the Australian national team. Additionally, they will face off against Australia's five Super Rugby franchises and contend with an invitational side composed of players from Australia and New Zealand. The Lions' head coach for this tour, appointed in January 2024, is Andy Farrell, the coach of the Ireland national team taking over from Warren Gatland who was head coach for the tours in 2013 & 2017, with Farrell his assistant for both.

The Howden British & Irish Lions Women's Series is scheduled to be held in New Zealand, the home of the reigning world champions. During this event, the Lions Women's team will participate in three Tests against the Black Ferns, in addition to pre-Test fixtures.
This announcement comes after a feasibility study, financially supported by Royal London, Lions' Founding Partner. The study determined that the ideal time for the Tour to take place is in 2027.
