Fulham FC History
Fulham FC is the oldest club in London and one of the oldest in the country, having been founded in 1879.
Fulham were elected to the Football League in 1907 and began playing in the Second Division. The team's first major achievement came in 1949, when they won the Second Division title and were promoted to the top tier of English football for the first time in their history.
