<h2>Terms and Conditions of Entry</h2>


1. The Download the app giveaway (the Giveaway) is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoters, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Giveaway.


2. The Giveaway is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.


3. By downloading the Seat Unique app and creating or logging in to your account through the app eligible participants will be automatically entered into the prize draw. You can opt out of the prize draw by emailing <a href="mailto:help@seatunique.com">help@seatunique.com</a>.

4. The opening date for entries is 10.00am on 8th January 2026. The closing date to participate is 10.00am GMT on 19th February 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted. 

5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.


6. One winner will be chosen by random selection on the 20th February ("Draw Date").


7. The winner will receive two tickets to a premier league match and will be offered some fixture options to choose from at Seat Unique’s discretion. Conditions apply.


8. The winner will be notified by Seat Unique by email (using the email address associated with the account they logged in with) before 23rd February and must respond to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to Seat Unique within 7 days of being notified by Seat Unique, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Seat Unique will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the winner’s identity and eligibility. 


10. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. 

11. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so. 

12. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 
13. No third-party or bulk entries are allowed. If the Promoter suspects any entrant of attempting to manipulate the entry process (e.g., using multiple email accounts or other unfair methods), that entrant will be disqualified, and their entry will be void.

14. For Prizes involving Match Tickets
Tickets will be issued via e-ticket prior to the fixture. To use a ticket, the winner will be required to ensure they have the required digital device to download and show the ticket upon entry. 
Each match ticket issued by a Club is subject to their terms and conditions of entry. Acceptance of the prize constitutes acceptance of the club’s terms and conditions of entry. The ticket shall remain at all times the property of the club.
Fixture dates are subject to change.
The prize does not include travel arrangements, including insurance, the cost of transfers to and from airports or stations, food and drink (other than expressly stated as being included in the ticket), spending money, tax or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
We will not be held responsible for the winner(s) and/or companion(s) not taking advantage of the prizes due to health or any other reason. If you have any additional requirements to accommodate a disability we ask that you make this clear when you claim the prize so that the Club can consult with the winner in advance to seek to make such reasonable adjustments as are practical and within the club’s control, based on circumstances, to ensure the winner can enjoy the prize to the fullest extent.


15. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Seat Unique will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails <a href="mailto:help@seatunique.com">help@seatunique.com</a> or writes to [Seat Unique, 8 Greencoat Place, London SW1P 1PL] (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Seat Unique [Seat Unique, 8 Greencoat Place, London SW1P 1PL]. In such circumstances, Seat Unique must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.


16. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. 



17. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

18. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.


19. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be collected and processed by Seat Unique in order to administer the competition and as otherwise as set out in Seat Unique’s <a href="/privacy-policy/">Privacy Policy</a>. See also condition 15 with regard to the announcement of winners. 

20. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.

Privacy Policy

1. The Agreement (a) This Agreement shall be deemed to be made under the following Terms and Conditions (Terms) set out herein between Pitchside Hospitality and the Party identified as the Client in the attached Schedule of Details (Schedule). The attached Schedule is incorporated in and forms part of this Agreement. (b) The Client acknowledges that when entering into this Agreement, it has not relied upon or been in any way induced by any warranties, representations written or verbal have been made by Pitchside Hospitality or its employees officers or agents other than those contained in this Agreement. (c) When a Client indicates that they want to proceed with a booking, Pitchside Hospitality will send them a copy of these Terms and a Schedule. The Client will then sign and return these documents and the parties enter into a binding contract when Pitchside Hospitality receive the signed documents. (d) Any Package supplied by Pitchside Hospitality after a Client has received these Terms and a Schedule shall constitute unqualified acceptance of such Terms and Schedule. (e) On entering into this Agreement Pitchside Hospitality will provide the Package for the Fee on the Event Date. (f) The Client hereby expressly accepts that these Terms and the contents of the Schedule constitute the entire agreement between the parties and further acknowledges that they have not been induced to enter into this agreement as a result of any representation warranty or other provision except as expressly provided in this Agreement, and all conditions, warranties or other terms implied by statute or common law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. 2. Payment Terms (a) Time shall be of the essence for payments under this Agreement. (b) Unless otherwise specified in the package details the Client is required to pay 100% of the total cost shown on the Schedule within fourteen days (14) days of its signature of these Terms. If payment for a booking is not made within these time limits, or if the Client is otherwise in default of the payment terms under this clause 2 in respect of any other booking then (without prejudice to any other rights Pitchside Hospitality may have pursuant to any statutory provision in force from time to time or in respect of this breach of contract), Pitchside Hospitality reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel the booking in accordance with clause 4. (c) No tickets, itineraries, maps or other final details with respect to the arrangements relating to any event will be forwarded to the Client until payment has been received in full. 3. Late Booking Bookings made within Sixteen (16) weeks prior to the date of the event will be invoiced in full and are payable within Seven (7) days of signature of this Agreement. 4. Cancellation (a) Any cancellation of this Agreement by the Client must be made in writing and is effective from the day it is received by Pitchside Hospitality. (b) If a booking is cancelled by the Client at any time after the signature of this Agreement, the Client shall forfeit any payment made up to the date of cancellation. Should no payment have been received at this time the Client must pay Pitchside Hospitality, 100% of the Fee as a cancellation fee within seven (7) days. (c) The Client must pay to Pitchside Hospitality any costs incurred by Pitchside Hospitality in recovering sums owed under this Agreement or damages for non-performance thereof including legal costs on a full indemnity basis. (d) Pitchside Hospitality may at its sole discretion offer the Client an alternative package at an alternative event if a client indicates a desire to cancel the Package and there is in the sole opinion of Pitchside Hospitality sufficient time to resell the Package. 5. The Advertised Package (a) Pitchside Hospitality will use its reasonable endeavours to provide the Package as advertised for the event, including, but not limited to timing, date and other arrangements. (b) If, due to circumstances beyond the control of Pitchside Hospitality it has to make any change in the arrangements relating to the event it shall notify the Client forthwith. Pitchside Hospitality shall endeavour to keep such changes to a minimum and shall seek to offer the Client arrangements as close to the original as is reasonably possible in the circumstances. 6. Cancellation of Event / Occasion Where the event is cancelled or terminated and where such cancellation or termination occurs due to reasons which are outside Pitchside Hospitality’s reasonable control, Pitchside Hospitality shall be entitled to retain from any sums hitherto received from the Client or which may still be due from the Client to Pitchside Hospitality such costs, expenses and disbursements which it has incurred or for which it shall or may be liable in connection with the Event and such contribution to Pitchside Hospitality’s overhead as shall be reasonable and shall return any balance to the Client. Pitchside Hospitality may, but shall not be obliged to, take such steps as it shall in its discretion consider reasonable to obtain reimbursement of any such costs and expenses and shall, subject to deduction of costs incurred in connection therewith, reimburse any sums so recovered to the Client. 7. Liability (a) Pitchside Hospitality shall not be liable to the Client or be deemed to be in breach of the Agreement by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of Pitchside Hospitality‘s obligations if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of Pitchside Hospitality. (b) Packages are subject to any terms and conditions which third parties organising and staging the event and the Package may specify in as applying to those people attending. The Client hereby expressly acknowledges that the provision of the Package is subject to the event taking place, and that this is beyond the control of Pitchside Hospitality. Save as otherwise expressly provided for herein or by statute Pitchside Hospitality’s liability under this Agreement or otherwise shall be limited to the Fee. (c) Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by Pitchside Hospitality’s negligence, Pitchside Hospitality shall not by reason of any representation, implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law or under the terms of the Agreement, be liable for any loss of profit or any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims (whether caused by Pitchside Hospitality’s servants or agents or otherwise) in connection with the performance of obligations arising under the Agreement. (d) Client shall be liable for any loss, damage, costs or expenses or other claims incurred by Pitchside Hospitality as a result of the acts and omissions of the Client or the Client’s guests at the event. 8. Alterations or cancellations by Third Parties In the event of the cancellation or postponement of an Event, or when the arrangements and / or facilities for an Event are changed or cancelled by a third party, Pitchside Hospitality will use its reasonable endeavours to provide an alternative package for an alternative event or an alternative package at an alternative location for the event but shall be under no contractual obligation to do so. 9. Disclaimer and Indemnity The Client hereby waives and releases Pitchside Hospitality from and indemnifies and holds Pitchside Hospitality harmless against, any and all costs, damages, and expenses, which are incurred by the Client, its agents, employees and/or guests and which arise in connection with this Agreement or the attendance at the event. 10. Data Protection (a) All personal information that Pitchside Hospitality may use will be collected, processed, and held in accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the Client’s rights under the GDPR. (b) For complete details of Pitchside Hospitality collection, processing, storage, and retention of personal data including, but not limited to, the purpose(s) for which personal data is used, the legal basis or bases for using it, details of the Client’s rights and how to exercise them, and personal data sharing (where applicable), please refer to the Company’s Privacy Notice available from https://pitchsidehospitality.com/privacy-policy 11. Force Majeure 11.1 No Party to this Agreement shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond the reasonable control of that Party. Such causes include, but are not limited to: power failure, internet service provider failure, industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action, epidemic, pandemic, or any other event that is beyond the control of the Party in question. 11.2 In the event that a Party to the Agreement cannot perform their obligations thereunder as a result of force majeure for a continuous period of three months the other Party may at its discretion terminate the Agreement by written notice at the end of that period. In the event of such termination, the Parties shall agree upon a fair and reasonable payment for all services rendered up to the date of termination. Such payment shall take into account any prior contractual commitments entered into in reliance on the performance of the Agreement. 12. Miscellaneous a) These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and both Pitchside Hospitality and the Client shall irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. b) The person who signs for the Client personally represents and warrants to Pitchside Hospitality that he or she is duly authorised and has legal capacity to enter into this Agreement on behalf of the Client. c) The Client represents and warrants to Pitchside Hospitality that the entry into of this Agreement has been duly authorised and that this Agreement is a valid and legal agreement binding on the Client in accordance with its terms. d) The Client may not assign or transfer any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of Pitchside Hospitality. e) Except as set out in this Agreement, no variation of this Agreement, including the introduction of any additional terms and conditions, shall be effective unless it is in writing and signed by Pitchside Hospitality. f) Pitchside Hospitality reserves the right to increase the fee should RPI exceed 3% at any point prior to the balance payment being made in full. g) No part of the Agreement is intended to confer rights on any third parties and accordingly the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to the Agreement.
