1. The Download the app giveaway (the Giveaway) is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoters, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Giveaway.


2. The Giveaway is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.


3. By downloading the Seat Unique app and creating or logging in to your account through the app eligible participants will be automatically entered into the prize draw. You can opt out of the prize draw by emailing <a href="mailto:help@seatunique.com">help@seatunique.com</a>.

4. The opening date for entries is 10.00am on 8th January 2026. The closing date to participate is 10.00am GMT on 19th February 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted. 

5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.


6. One winner will be chosen by random selection on the 20th February ("Draw Date").


7. The winner will receive two tickets to a premier league match and will be offered some fixture options to choose from at Seat Unique’s discretion. Conditions apply.


8. The winner will be notified by Seat Unique by email (using the email address associated with the account they logged in with) before 23rd February and must respond to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to Seat Unique within 7 days of being notified by Seat Unique, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Seat Unique will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the winner’s identity and eligibility. 


10. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. 

11. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so. 

12. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 
13. No third-party or bulk entries are allowed. If the Promoter suspects any entrant of attempting to manipulate the entry process (e.g., using multiple email accounts or other unfair methods), that entrant will be disqualified, and their entry will be void.

14. For Prizes involving Match Tickets
Tickets will be issued via e-ticket prior to the fixture. To use a ticket, the winner will be required to ensure they have the required digital device to download and show the ticket upon entry. 
Each match ticket issued by a Club is subject to their terms and conditions of entry. Acceptance of the prize constitutes acceptance of the club’s terms and conditions of entry. The ticket shall remain at all times the property of the club.
Fixture dates are subject to change.
The prize does not include travel arrangements, including insurance, the cost of transfers to and from airports or stations, food and drink (other than expressly stated as being included in the ticket), spending money, tax or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
We will not be held responsible for the winner(s) and/or companion(s) not taking advantage of the prizes due to health or any other reason. If you have any additional requirements to accommodate a disability we ask that you make this clear when you claim the prize so that the Club can consult with the winner in advance to seek to make such reasonable adjustments as are practical and within the club’s control, based on circumstances, to ensure the winner can enjoy the prize to the fullest extent.


15. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Seat Unique will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails <a href="mailto:help@seatunique.com">help@seatunique.com</a> or writes to [Seat Unique, 8 Greencoat Place, London SW1P 1PL] (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Seat Unique [Seat Unique, 8 Greencoat Place, London SW1P 1PL]. In such circumstances, Seat Unique must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.


16. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. 



17. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

18. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.


19. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be collected and processed by Seat Unique in order to administer the competition and as otherwise as set out in Seat Unique’s <a href="/privacy-policy/">Privacy Policy</a>. See also condition 15 with regard to the announcement of winners. 

20. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.

Where more than one ticket issued to the applicant, on behalf of the person accompanying them, applicants must inform the person accompanying them of these Terms and Conditions and obtain their agreement to abide by them.
Purchasers agree to comply with our Spectator Code of Behaviour and Ground Regulations at all times and are responsible for compliance of all Members of their group. These are directed by the Stadium and may be updated to reflect changing restrictions in place.

<h3>Terms and Conditions for the Sale and Distribution of International Tickets</h3>
<ul>
 <li>The purchaser assumes absolute responsibility for all tickets booked in his/her name and will be penalised if any of those tickets are used in contravention of these terms and conditions. All tickets remain the property of Hampshire Stadium Ltd at all times.</li>
 <li>No exchanges are made or refunds given, other than those covered under the appropriate refund policy. Once a booking has been made it cannot be altered. <a href="https://www.utilitabowl.com/cricket/tickets/ticket-refunds/">Click here</a> for refund policy.</li>
 <li>Tickets may not, under any circumstances, be auctioned, offered for sale or re-sold above face value.</li>
 <li>The unauthorised sale or disposal of a Ticket in breach of the Ticket’s terms and conditions (known as “ticket touting”) may result in the Ticket being cancelled without notice and the Ticket holder being refused admission to, or being removed from the ground. If you are found to have committed a ticket touting offence, or we reasonably suspect you have committed such an offence, we reserve our right to take all appropriate legal action against you and will notify the ECB who may in turn notify other First Class Counties and the Marylebone Cricket Club and/or the relevant law enforcement authorities. The information that we share may include your personal details, information about the offence and about ticket purchases (including payment details). We will use this to identify, prevent and take all appropriate legal action in respect of ticket touting offences and disorder at matches.</li>
</ul>
Hampshire Stadium Ltd reserves the right to refuse admission or cancel the booking without notification to anyone who has acquired a ticket in breach of these terms and conditions (an ‘unlawful ticket’), or if the purchaser has in the past defaulted on any payments. Unlawful ticket holders will, if necessary, be ejected from the stadium after they have entered the ground.
Hampshire Stadium Ltd is unable to accept responsibility for tickets purchased through third party re-sale sites, and is entitled to refuse entry to the ground in any instance whereby tickets are showing as inactive. In this instance customers would need to direct their enquiries back to their original ticket seller. Purchasers should be aware that if they do not receive their tickets from their ticket seller, Hampshire Stadium Ltd is unable to re issue tickets unless it is to the original ticket purchaser.
<ul>
 <li>If the tickets you have requested are unavailable, Hampshire Stadium Ltd will automatically allocate alternative tickets for an area of equal or lesser value, subject to availability and reserve the right to move the location of bookings.</li>
 <li>Duplicate tickets will only be issued as a replacement ticket that has been lost, stolen or temporarily mislaid. Under 17’s tickets that have been purchased in advance can be transferred to an Adult ticket upon payment of the relevant seat price. There are no downgrades on tickets. Requests made for a duplicate ticket or transfer of an Under 17 to an Adult ticket must be made by the original purchaser.</li>
 <li>No person who is subject to a life ban imposed and/or recognised by the ICC, the ECB or any other ICC Member as a result of a breach of any applicable ICC, ECB or other ICC Member rules, regulations, codes or directives shall be permitted to enter the ground and any such person found within the ground on the day of the match shall be liable to immediate removal from the ground.</li>
 <li>Please note that the use of any cameras or mobile devices or any electronic equipment, for the recording, transmission or communication of match footage, details, statistics, images (on any platforms including but not limited to websites and social media) etc, is not permitted other than with the proper accreditation. All ground regulations apply.</li>
 <li>All International tickets will be sent by email and downloadable via the Hampshire Cricket App three weeks prior to the match start date. Tickets purchased within 3 weeks of the match will be emailed at point of purchase.</li>
 <li>A non-refundable booking fee of £3.00 will be applied to each individual ticket purchased for International fixtures when booked online or over the phone.</li>
 <li>A maximum of 8 tickets per person for each day's play is permitted to be purchased online. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of tickets to individuals or agencies. For group bookings of 10 or more tickets, please email the Ticket Office at <a href="mailto:tickets@ageasbowl.com">tickets@utilitabowl.com</a>.</li>
 <li>Restricted view definition: You will be able to see the entire wicket, both bowlers run-ups and at least one replay screen; however, depending on your location in the ground, a large portion of the boundary rope will be blocked from view.</li>
 <li>Members can initially apply for a maximum of 3 guests to accompany them into the Members’ Enclosure per day of International fixtures.</li>
</ul>
Please adhere to the published ticket limits. Orders exceeding the ticket limit can be cancelled without notice. This includes orders having same name, billing address or credit card. Attempts to purchase in excess will result in the cancellation of all tickets without notification.
<ul>
 <li>Should circumstances dictate that the opposition are unable to tour, ECB and Hampshire Stadium Ltd reserve the right to substitute opposition of International status.</li>
 <li>All fixture times, dates and locations can be subject to change. Hampshire Stadium Ltd will give as much notice to customers as possible for such changes, should a change of date be announced purchasers will have a 14-day window in which to claim a refund should they no longer be attended. The purchaser agrees to abide by these conditions and the Ground Regulations at all times.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Terms and Conditions for the Sale and Distribution of Vitality Blast Tickets</h3>
<ul>
 <li>Advance prices will be available until midnight the day before the match after which standard prices then incur.</li>
 <li>All tickets will be issued by email and downloadable via the Hampshire Cricket App. Vitality Blast Passports will be sent by post three weeks prior to the first match of the season.</li>
 <li>Tickets purchased on the match day will be available (subject to availability) from the Match Day Ticket Office only.</li>
 <li>Duplicate tickets will only be issued as a replacement ticket that has been lost, stolen or temporarily mislaid. The request for a duplicate ticket must be made by the original ticket purchaser who will be required to produce a written statement and identification in advance or in person on the event day itself.</li>
 <li>Under 17 tickets that have been purchased in advance can be transferred to an adult ticket upon payment of the relevant seat price. There are no downgrades on tickets. The request for ticket upgrades must be made by the original purchaser who may be required to produce a written statement and identification in advance or in person on the event day itself.</li>
 <li>There is no maximum number of general public tickets that can be purchased per person, for large group bookings please contact the ticket office on 02380 472002 (opt 2).</li>
 <li>A non-refundable booking fee of £1.00 will be applied to each individual ticket purchased for Vitality Blast fixtures when booked online or over the phone.</li>
 <li>Booking fees do not apply to Vitality Blast Passports purchased.</li>
 <li>Hampshire Cricket Standard Members will need to pay the general adult ticket price to gain entry; they are then permitted to use the Members facilities. T20s are included within the Membership fee for Executive Club, Life, Premium and Junior Members.</li>
 <li>Should Utilita Bowl host a Quarter Final, all Members will need to purchase a ticket, as this will not be covered in the Membership fee.</li>
 <li>Only Executive Club, Platinum and Gold Debenture holders, and Members who have purchased an International Upgrade have access to the Roof Terrace, upon providing relevant identification and or a valid ticket. A limited number of seats may be made available on the day to Premium Members, allocated on a first come first served basis, once a wristband has been collected.</li>
</ul>
Vitality Blast Refund Policy
<ul>
 <li>No exchanges are made or refunds given, other than those covered under the appropriate refund policy. Once a booking has been made it cannot be altered.</li>
 <li>If play is restricted to 9.5 overs or less due to adverse weather conditions on the day to which your ticket is valid, ticket purchasers will be entitled to a full refund of the face value of the ticket or to exchange their tickets for another day of domestic cricket within the 2023 season (excludes Quarter Finals, Semi-Finals and Finals).</li>
 <li>Should your ticket be made invalid because a match is cancelled, played behind closed doors or with limited capacity due to COVID-19 restrictions you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.</li>
 <li>In no other circumstances will a refund or ticket exchange be issued.</li>
</ul>
Vitality Blast Passports are not refundable under any circumstances. Passport holders will be offered an additional Guest Pass for any matches cancelled during the Vitality Blast Group Stage.
