Manchester Originals
The Hundred is a professional 100-ball cricket tournament in England and Wales, organised by the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB). Launched in 2021, the competition is designed to offer a fast-paced, shorter format of cricket to attract new audiences while maintaining high-quality competition.
The team represents the North West and Lancashire in The Hundred competition, which began in 2021. In 2025, Manchester Originals will face Southern Brave, London Spirit, Northern Superchargers and Birimgham Phoenix at Emirates Old Trafford as they compete for the title.
In the 2024 Hundred compeititon, Manchester Originals men team faced challenges and ended the tournament with 1 win and 7 losses, ultimately finishing in 7th out of 8th place. For the 2025 competition they will be looking to bounce back and compete for the trophy.
