Who we're looking for:

We are currently looking to recruit a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this department is primarily responsible for generating new business and delivering the sales plan. The primary purpose of this role is to drive new business through enquiries and outbound leads, selling premium tickets and hospitality to consumers.

 

We're in the live events business, which means in-person events are our core. This translates to our company culture, and this role requires the candidate to be in the office five days a week at our London HQ. This in-person environment fosters agility. Being together allows our team to make quick decisions and adapt to the constant changes in our industry.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for increasing offline sales and building new business.

Your role will involve:

  • Building New Business and Closing Sales: Develop new business opportunities and close sales effectively.
  • Business Development Calls: Proactively build the database and client base with targeted business development calls.
  • Outbound Sales Calls: Undertake outbound sales calls to achieve targeted numbers of sales.
  • Identifying Key Leads: Identify and pursue key new sales leads.
  •  Converting Warm Enquiries: Handle and convert warm sales enquiries.
  • Networking: Attend commercial and networking events to represent the company, increase awareness of Seat Unique, and attract new business.

While these qualifications are highly regarded, we appreciate the value of diverse experiences. You don't need all of them, but they could include:

  • Sales Experience: Ideally around 2 years' experience in sales.
  • Professional Phone Manner: Confident and professional phone manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: ability to communicate effectively with high-net-worth individuals (HWIs) and corporate clients.
  • Proactive Sales: Experience in proactive sales, ideally within a sports/events sales environment.
  • High Performance: Track record of high performance within a sales environment or a similar environment
  • Technical Skills: Ideally knowledge of using CRM and Sales intelligence tools 
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational skills.
  • Brand Representation: Confidence in representing the Seat Unique brand.
