We are experts in digital transformation. We provide clubs and venues with the technology that brings all aspects of the hospitality booking process online, improving the customer experience and giving fans 24/7 access to premium experiences.

Our brand partnerships have grown significantly over the past six months. We now exclusively power hospitality and premium ticket sales through 24 direct partnerships, and work officially with hundreds more.


Who we’re looking for

Seat Unique is in search of a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will take the lead in crafting and executing our social media strategy, amplifying our brand's presence, and engaging fans across various platforms. Your expertise in social media, combined with your deep understanding of our mission and values, will play a crucial role in shaping customer experiences and driving our brand forward.

  • Develop, execute, and manage Seat Unique's social media strategy across various platforms, including but not limited to Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and more.
  • Craft engaging, multimedia content that brings to life the excitement of live events and premium experiences.
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns, optimizing strategies for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with larger marketing campaigns and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure Seat Unique remains at the forefront of social media innovation.
  • Foster fan engagement and community building through social media interactions, responding to comments, inquiries, and feedback.
  • Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent brand voice and message across all platforms.
  • Experiment with creative approaches to content, from storytelling to video production, to captivate our audience.
  • Create and manage social media advertising campaigns, working closely with our marketing team to achieve desired results.
  • Monitor online conversations and sentiment related to Seat Unique, addressing any issues or opportunities as they arise


Skills & Experience

  • We think the ideal candidate for this role will likely have had at two years of experience in a social media marketing role and even better if this was for a consumer brand but if you have the skills listed but less experience please do apply!
  • Experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and content.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics, and advertising platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to maintain a content calendar and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for sports, music, and cultural events, and a background in premium ticketing and hospitality.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret analytics and apply insights for continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of video production and graphic design is a plus.
