Who we’re looking for

Seat Unique is in an exciting period of growth. With plans for international expansion, and a growing list of partners, we are looking for an exceptional CRM expert to join our fast-growing team. The successful candidate with use their experience in CRM to focus on planning, implementing and optimising the Seat Unique CRM strategy. This is a hands-on role where you will collaborate with other Seat Unique teams and agencies to design and implement solutions that increase customer lifetime value, retention, loyalty and acquisition.

You will require a proven track record in Customer Journey Management, Marketing Automation Technology and CRM to be successful in this role.

  • 8+ years of experience in CRM
  • Hand-on experience with Salesforce Pardot or Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation tools including Adobe Campaign, Marketo etc.
  • Hand-on experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM. 2+years Salesforce admin experience preferable & the ability to design & implement strategies and features.
  • Significant experience in developing and delivering CRM strategy across multiple customer groups and journeys
  • Working knowledge of email specific HTML/CSS and incorporating dynamic email assets
  • Passion about the customer experience and driving customer success
  • Excellent data, numerical and analytical skills. Proficient in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
  • Ability to influence and inspire your team and peers, as well as having the confidence to influence decision making at boardroom level
  • Be a confident communicator and be willing to influence through best practice and ROI
  • Outstanding organisational skills; ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects
  • Excellent written and presentation skills
