After months of teasing fans, The Killers have announced a huge UK stadium tour for 2022.
The Las Vegas indie rockers will kick things off at Doncaster Keepmoat Stadium on Tuesday 30th May, rounding 'Imploding The Mirage Tour' off at Dublin's Malahide Castle on the 15th & 16th June.
The Killers' last visited the North West in 2017, where they played two sold-out dates at Manchester Arena.
Following phenomenal demand, the band will return on Saturday 11th June to play Emirates Old Trafford, upgrading to a 76,000 capacity venue. Support will come from Stockport indie band, Blossoms.
Daniel Gidney, chief executive at Lancashire Cricket, said: “We’re delighted to be hosting one of the world’s most renowned rock bands, for what is sure to be a fantastic night of live entertainment at Emirates Old Trafford next summer.
