These terms and conditions of purchase ("Terms") apply to purchases made on www.seatunique.com, its subdomains, and the Seat Unique app (collectively, the "Site"). These Terms do not apply where alternative Event Partner T&Cs are stated. They include your legal rights and responsibilities, Seat Unique’s obligations, key legal information, and more.
Seat Unique: RMS Events Ltd (t/a Seat Unique), registered in England and Wales, company number 11313999, registered office: 68 Greencoat Place, London, SW1P 1PL. “Seat Unique”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to RMS Events Ltd. “You” and “your” refer to the purchaser.

The availability, layout, and seating of Tickets and Packages may vary per Event. All purchases are subject to these Terms, the Site Terms of Use, special Event terms, and Third Party Terms.
Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless stated in these Terms. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Seat Unique provides Tickets and Packages, sometimes on behalf of Event Partners. Packages may include additional Hospitality Items. These Terms override conflicting Third Party Terms.
Accounts must be secure and used only by you. Misuse may lead to account suspension or cancellation of orders. Misuse includes fraudulent activity, unauthorised access, or breaching Terms.
You must be 18 or older to place an order. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment and confirmation email. Errors in pricing or availability may lead to cancellation.
Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. Additional Service Charges and Administration Fees may apply. Accepted payments include Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and select digital wallets.
Tickets may be delivered physically, digitally, or made available for collection. ID verification may be required. Delivery timing depends on arrangements with Event Partners.
Tickets remain the Event Partner’s property. Replacement policies may vary. Contact the Event Partner for accessibility arrangements or lost tickets.
Resale or transfer is typically prohibited. Certain usage (e.g., promotional use) is also banned. Event details (e.g., timing) may change.
Refunds depend on the Event Partner’s policies. Seat Unique will notify customers if an Event is cancelled, rescheduled, or altered. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Seat Unique’s liability is limited to the Sale Price of your purchase. We are not liable for indirect losses, enjoyment loss, or business-related losses.
Disputes will be governed by English law. For unresolved issues, contact Seat Unique or use the Online Dispute Resolution platform.
Only parties to the Terms or relevant Event Partners may enforce these Terms.
