<h2>Terms and Conditions of Entry</h2>


1. The Download the app giveaway (the Giveaway) is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoters, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Giveaway.


2. The Giveaway is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.


3. By downloading the Seat Unique app and creating or logging in to your account through the app eligible participants will be automatically entered into the prize draw. You can opt out of the prize draw by emailing <a href="mailto:help@seatunique.com">help@seatunique.com</a>.

4. The opening date for entries is 10.00am on 8th January 2026. The closing date to participate is 10.00am GMT on 19th February 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted. 

5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.


6. One winner will be chosen by random selection on the 20th February ("Draw Date").


7. The winner will receive two tickets to a premier league match and will be offered some fixture options to choose from at Seat Unique’s discretion. Conditions apply.


8. The winner will be notified by Seat Unique by email (using the email address associated with the account they logged in with) before 23rd February and must respond to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to Seat Unique within 7 days of being notified by Seat Unique, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Seat Unique will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the winner’s identity and eligibility. 


10. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. 

11. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so. 

12. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 
13. No third-party or bulk entries are allowed. If the Promoter suspects any entrant of attempting to manipulate the entry process (e.g., using multiple email accounts or other unfair methods), that entrant will be disqualified, and their entry will be void.

14. For Prizes involving Match Tickets
Tickets will be issued via e-ticket prior to the fixture. To use a ticket, the winner will be required to ensure they have the required digital device to download and show the ticket upon entry. 
Each match ticket issued by a Club is subject to their terms and conditions of entry. Acceptance of the prize constitutes acceptance of the club’s terms and conditions of entry. The ticket shall remain at all times the property of the club.
Fixture dates are subject to change.
The prize does not include travel arrangements, including insurance, the cost of transfers to and from airports or stations, food and drink (other than expressly stated as being included in the ticket), spending money, tax or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
We will not be held responsible for the winner(s) and/or companion(s) not taking advantage of the prizes due to health or any other reason. If you have any additional requirements to accommodate a disability we ask that you make this clear when you claim the prize so that the Club can consult with the winner in advance to seek to make such reasonable adjustments as are practical and within the club’s control, based on circumstances, to ensure the winner can enjoy the prize to the fullest extent.


15. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Seat Unique will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails <a href="mailto:help@seatunique.com">help@seatunique.com</a> or writes to [Seat Unique, 8 Greencoat Place, London SW1P 1PL] (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Seat Unique [Seat Unique, 8 Greencoat Place, London SW1P 1PL]. In such circumstances, Seat Unique must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.


16. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. 



17. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

18. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.


19. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be collected and processed by Seat Unique in order to administer the competition and as otherwise as set out in Seat Unique’s <a href="/privacy-policy/">Privacy Policy</a>. See also condition 15 with regard to the announcement of winners. 

20. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom. 

21. The promoter of this prize draw is RMS Events Ltd (t/a Seat Unique) with registered address at 8 Greencoat Place, London SW1P 1PL (the Promoter).
