7. The winner will receive two tickets to a premier league match and will be offered some fixture options to choose from at Seat Unique’s discretion. Conditions apply.


8. The winner will be notified by Seat Unique by email (using the email address associated with the account they logged in with) before [DATE] and must respond to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to Seat Unique within 7 days of being notified by Seat Unique, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Seat Unique will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the winner’s identity and eligibility. 


10. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. 

11. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so. 

12. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 
13. No third-party or bulk entries are allowed. If the Promoter suspects any entrant of attempting to manipulate the entry process (e.g., using multiple email accounts or other unfair methods), that entrant will be disqualified, and their entry will be void.

14. For Prizes involving Match Tickets
Tickets will be issued via e-ticket prior to the fixture. To use a ticket, the winner will be required to ensure they have the required digital device to download and show the ticket upon entry. 
Each match ticket issued by a Club is subject to their terms and conditions of entry. Acceptance of the prize constitutes acceptance of the club’s terms and conditions of entry. The ticket shall remain at all times the property of the club.
Fixture dates are subject to change.
The prize does not include travel arrangements, including insurance, the cost of transfers to and from airports or stations, food and drink (other than expressly stated as being included in the ticket), spending money, tax or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
We will not be held responsible for the winner(s) and/or companion(s) not taking advantage of the prizes due to health or any other reason. If you have any additional requirements to accommodate a disability we ask that you make this clear when you claim the prize so that the Club can consult with the winner in advance to seek to make such reasonable adjustments as are practical and within the club’s control, based on circumstances, to ensure the winner can enjoy the prize to the fullest extent.


15. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Seat Unique will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails <a href="mailto:help@seatunique.com">help@seatunique.com</a> or writes to [Seat Unique, 8 Greencoat Place, London SW1P 1PL] (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. In such circumstances, Seat Unique must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.


16. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. 



17. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

18. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be collected and processed by Seat Unique in order to administer the competition and as otherwise as set out in Seat Unique’s <a href="/privacy-policy/">Privacy Policy</a>.  <li>Payment Terms</li>
</ol>
1.1 Payment should be made immediately to secure your booking
1.2 If any amount due is not received within the terms stated, any contracts between the two parties may be terminated, resulting in the loss of any deposits previously paid, and any credit facilities held within the club will be frozen until the outstanding amounts are received. Late payment may also put at risk the availability of any future credit facilities with Burnley Football Club.
1.3 If there is a dispute on any invoice, the dispute should be communicated in writing to the Club Credit Controller, Accounts Department, Burnley Football Club, Turf Moor, Harry Potts Way, Burnley, Lancashire, BB10 4BX within one week of the event. The dispute will be investigated and if it is established that the dispute is valid, a credit note or refund will be provided.

 <li>Cancellation Policy</li>
</ol>
2.1 Cancellations by you will be charged as follows:
2.1.2 Events or packages where a deposit has been paid
Deposits paid will not be refunded. If you cancel within 28 days of the scheduled fixture or event, Burnley Football Club will retain 75% of the total booking value.
2.1.2 All other events where a deposit has not been paid (excluding seasonal packages)

 <li>If cancellation occurs between 4 – 6 weeks before the fixture / event 50% of the total booking value</li>
 <li>If cancellation occurs between 2-4 weeks before the fixture / event 75% of the total booking value</li>
 <li>If cancellation occurs less than 2 weeks before the fixture / event 100% of the total booking value</li>
 <li>Cancellation of Match Day Dining Packages within 3 days 100% of the value</li>
</ol>
2.1.3 In the event of an unexpected fixture change, we will notify you with the option to book the same facilities on the revised date. Upon receipt of this notice, you must notify us within 48 hours of your intention to use the revised facility or not. If you are not using the facility, Burnley Football Club will refund any amounts received in full, otherwise payment terms stated above will apply.
2.2 Burnley Football Club reserves the right to cancel booking if:
2.2.1 There is an invoice from a previous match / event, which is overdue for payment.
2.2.2 Any part of the stadium is closed or otherwise unavailable due to events outside our control including, but not limited to fire / explosion / strikes or power cuts.
2.2.3 You become insolvent, or in the case of individuals, become subject to a bankruptcy petition.
2.2.4 The booking might damage our reputation or the reputation of the stadium.
2.2.5 The Football Governing Bodies dictate that a match will be played which will render the facilities unavailable, or if the match has to be played on a different date.
2.2.6 Burnley Football Club reserves the right to eject any person who, in their opinion is causing a nuisance or a danger to someone else.

 <li>Stadium Conditions</li>
</ol>
3.1 In all suites, the sale of alcohol will end 15 minutes prior to the kick off. Drinks service will resume during the half time interval and bars will re-open for the sale of alcohol for a maximum of 60 minutes after the final whistle. Times may vary and are subject to change at the discretion of the Lancashire police and licensing authorities.
3.2 Entry to each lounge must be through the correct entrance. Re-admittance to the stadium is not permitted. Movement between lounges is not permitted, unless agreed with Burnley Football Club prior to the match.
3.3 Full food service will not be guaranteed to members who arrive less than 45 minutes prior to kick off.
3.4 Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the Turf Moor Stadium and facilities.
3.5 Dress Code
The dress code for each lounge is outlined on agreement of seasonal executive packages and goes out on all itineraries on a match-by-match basis. These dress codes must be adhered to at all times.
