About Gorillaz

Gorillaz were created in 1998 by musician Damon Albarn and artist Jamie Hewlett. Presented through the animated members 2-D, Murdoc Niccals, Noodle and Russel Hobbs, the project combines music, illustration, animation and storytelling within a distinctive fictional world.
