Mobile tickets will be available to download to your smartphone 2-4 days before the event, as indicated on your order confirmation. Tickets will be available in The Co-op Live App.

Tickets may not show immediately in the app until you’re prompted to accept them via email. Once accepted, they will appear in the tickets tab at the bottom of the app.

If you used a different email address than the one linked to your Co-op Live account, create a new account using the email from your Seat Unique order confirmation. Tickets can only be sent to the email address used at the time of purchase.

Yes, you can transfer your mobile ticket to another person. Instructions for transferring tickets are available in the Co-op Live app.

The Seat Unique Club is our very own exclusive lounge located on Level 1 of the Co-op Live.

Everyone who has purchased the Seat Unique Club package gets an assigned seat as well as access to the lounge throughout the night. The seats are located right outside the lounge in the top 3 rows of Block 106.

There are two hosts in our lounge, a security guard at each entrance and plenty of bar staff.

Seats for the AMP package are located through the lounge doors on Level 2. These are front-facing to the stage and well-signposted when in the lounge area. There will also be staff on hand to guide you to your seats.

The seats for the Hideaway are located above the ground floor lounge on Level 1. You will be guided to these by hosts in the lounge.

Food offerings around the AMP vary by event, there is a wide selection well as having a dedicated restaurant for AMP guests.

The menu typically features Mediterranean dishes and traditional stadium food by Simon Rimmer.

You can order food to the Seat Unique Club via QR codes on the tables in the lounge. This will then be delivered to the suite for you to eat in the lounge or at your seats. All concourse food is available to be delviered to the Seat Unique Club.

The toilets for the Seat Unique Club are located outside the main entrance door to the left for men and to the right for women. The toilets for the Hideaway are located at the back of the lounge. Toilets for the AMP are located throughout the lounge area.

Yes, you can stand and dance, but be mindful of those around you. Please avoid blocking walkways, aisles, or standing on seats for safety reasons.

Yes, there are food options for customers with different dietary needs. There is an abundance of food stalls and bars that can accommodate special requirements. Guests should speak to a member of staff upon arrival to make the team aware of any dietary requirements.

Finding parking near Co-op Live Arena in Manchester can be difficult if you choose to drive. Here are five recommended parking locations.

• Official Vertu Parking at Co-op Live: Co-op Live is located in the Etihad Stadium car park zone, which offers secure parking next to the venue.
• The Printworks car park: This car park is situated in Manchester city centre and has hourly and daily rates. It is easily accessible by public transportation and close to major attractions.
• Manchester Fort Shopping Park: This car park in Cheetham Hill has 1,200 spaces and is connected to various major roads and transportation links.
• CitiPark Tariff Street: This seven-level car park has 230 spaces, hourly and daily rates, and is located near Manchester Arena, Arndale shopping centre, and Printworks entertainment complex.
• CitiPark New Bridge Street Multi-Storey: Adjacent to the AO Arena, this seven-level car park has 1,200 spaces, including accessible parking and electric vehicle charging points. It is also well-connected to public transport.

Co-op Live is a 25-minute walk from central Manchester. From Piccadilly Station, follow the blue lampposts to guide you to the venue.

Trams run frequently on the Ashton-Eccles line to the Etihad Campus stop, right next to the venue. They operate every 7.5 minutes from the city centre, until 01:00 on Fridays and Saturdays.

The nearest taxi rank is a 5-minute walk from the venue, located on Rowsley St at the corner of Ashton New Rd.

Walking or taking the tram back to the city centre are the most affordable options. You can also get a taxi/uber which is available near the Etihad Stadium, with fares back into the city costing around £20.
