Everything you need to know about how and when you will receive your tickets to an event.

At Seat Unique, we aim to send your tickets as early as possible. We receive tickets directly from the club, venue or promoter. This can make it difficult for us to confirm an exact delivery date. Typically, tickets will arrive closer to the event date rather than when they went on sale.  

After purchasing a hospitality package or premium ticket on our website, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. Most event tickets are digital tickets and will be sent to you via email, 2-4 days prior to the event taking place.
