The 'Shape of You' singer-songwriter has just announced a huge European tour for 2025 with 15 shows across 10 countries. Could Ed Sheeran UK tour dates follow? We discuss possible UK concert dates, locations, and how to secure your seat.

Ed Sheeran has confirmed the continuation of his record-breaking 'Mathematics' tour, which will see him perform in Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Norway, Switzerland, Belgium, Poland, Sweden, and Denmark. This follows his massively successful tours of North America, Southeast Asia, the UEA, India, and his recent return to Europe.

The four-time Grammy award winner took to social media to announce the new dates stating: 'In 2025, Mathematics Tour comes to an end ! Gonna be hitting most of the other places we haven’t been to yet, but the first dates to go up will be the rest of Europe, more to follow, but European dates on sale July 10th (Rome July 12th), see you next year. It was time to Stop, but then we can press Play…'

Although Sheeran played four shows at Wembley Stadium in 2018 and six huge homecoming shows in Leeds and Ipswich in 2019, UK fans are eagerly anticipating the possibility of him adding some homecoming shows to his already impressive tour schedule.

While no specific UK dates have been confirmed, there is a good chance that the British singer-songwriter will include his home country in his tour itinerary.

With his incredible talent, energetic performances, and a catalogue of chart-topping hits, Ed Sheeran's concerts are always in high demand. In this blog, we discuss possible concert dates and locations, and how you can be the first to know about VIP ticket releases for future shows.

When is Ed Sheeran’s new album being released?

In a departure from his traditional numerical album naming conventions, Sheeran’s latest record is titled, ‘Autumn Variations’. The album was released in September 2023 and charted in the UK top 10 for two weeks. The singer's previous albums have been titled '+', 'x', '÷', '=' and '-', a body of work which as of 2021 had sold over 150 million copies.

He took to Instagram to explain the album's title, saying: "I find that autumn is a season with a lot of change coming out of summer. People are getting out of relationships, getting into relationships, being very lonely."

The album is reminiscent of his earlier work, with a number of the tracks featuring simpler guitar accompaniments to melancholic and autumnal lyrics.

While Sheeran hasn't officially announced a release date for his next album yet, he typically doesn't keep his fans waiting too long for new music. So, keep an eye out for updates!
